Life on Earth is essentially a microbial process. Microbes are everywhere, in water, in atmosphere, in human, animal, and plant bodies. There is not a single volume on Earth, however infinitesimally small, that is devoid of microbes, bacteria, and viruses.

This level, depth and complexity of programming is just not possible.
Life cannot be a simulation.
